Delivery
Orders are placed with cash on delivery. After an order is received, Clever Toys will contact you to confirm the order and delivery details.
Delivery fee
Any delivery fee is confirmed with you before the order is finalized.
Returns and exchanges
If an item arrives defective, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details. Exchange requests should be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
Important
Products should be returned in the condition in which they were received. Final approval of a return or exchange is subject to inspection.
